As an Interim HR Manager, I am a part of your organisation. I will not be telling you what to do and how, instead, I propose processes, I implement them and test theirs effectiveness. I shall work in accordance with the objectives previously defined by the company owner or the management and with a clear assignment of work in terms of its extent and powers.   • I minimise the time for understanding how the company works. I know what is expected of me before I join your company
  • I am equipped with a battery of modern tools and a wide experience from the many fields of business of my clients (trade, services, customized manufacturing, automotive)
  • I am not affected by operational blindness. I can bring and independent point of view and I focus only on the implementation of the most suitable solution for your organisation
  • I am focusing on the result of the project. As follows from surveys, the investment is returned in the form of an immediate maximum performance and efficiency of new employees as compared to the usual gradual performace curve lasting for 9-12 months
  • The fee for the interim management services is always the final amount as there are no social or health insurance contributions and no financial or other benefits that have to be considered when hiring a new manager.
